Looking for book selling stores online so I can get a clump off manga delivered.

You should check your local library first, I wasn't expecting it but I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered mine also had manga. Aside from that, you should check out otakumode, rightstuffanime and amazon.

Are places still doing deliveries for Manga/books etc at the moment? I used to buy from Waterstones when in the UK, but they only had the super popular stuff.

If you mean a physical store, Barnes & Noble still exists. Even back in the day they had a pretty good collection.

Assuming you are in the US, Dark Horse Comics are great. They publish Gantz and Berserk in the West.
