Is it possible to extract the data from a barcode to plain text and make multiple barcodes with the same value?

Yes of course. All you need to do is scan the barcodes, then convert the plaintext back to barcodes.

Thanks, are there scanners that can be connected with a computer? like USB?

You can also do it with your phone, tons of free apps what read and write barcodes, as well as all the other forms of visual encoding.

The problem is that i can't find a decoding tool to decode the string.
