Duper: sunjester's duplicate remover - sunjester - 01-12-2019

Info
- Coded in C++ on UNIX
- Have not tested on Windows, may need cygwin if on Windows
- The first argument is the file with the duplicates. The second argument is the file you want to write (that will have no dupes)
- Have not bench marked with large files
