RE: Looking for a Anti Virus - BK-201 - 01-11-2019 Personally, I use Avast and Malwarebytes they are the best in my opinion. YOU CAN FIND KEYS FOR THEM HERE IN THE FORUM AND ALL OVER THE INTERNET JUST GOOGLE IT RE: Looking for a Anti Virus - TheKingler - 01-11-2019 (01-11-2019, 11:18 PM)BK-201 Wrote: Personally, I use Avast and Malwarebytes they are the best in my opinion. I really dont like avast. Ill try to find a malwarebytes key and i hope what you just said is true. RE: Looking for a Anti Virus - BK-201 - 01-11-2019 Malwarebytes is more for cleaning virus that already in your computer. Just use Windows Defender if you don't like Avast. MBAM Is not an AV, but can run alongside any without compatibility Issues. Given you're not partial to Avast, try Comodo Internet Security Suite (free version). I have URet Keygen that will unlock Malwarebytes Premium for free on any version. It uses the host file, to convince Malwarebytes you have Premium, however, @BK-201 is right. Malwarebytes is more for cleaning a virus, than protecting you from viruses. Malwarebytes also tends to also have ALOT more false positives, than most. And they also block torrents/nzb's. I recommend Norton if you really need a good Anti-Virus. Norton can be cusomized so it doesn't detect false positives, and only flag legitimate viruses. I been using since I was 13, never once have I had a computer get busted by virus, even when I got one that kept replicating itself, most could remove it, but Norton took it out on seconds. Avast has been selling it's users info for a while now, so I stopped using them ( it's in the agreement ) { FYI Avast & AVG are owned by the same top company } Check it out ---> https://slashdot.org/story/299691 https://www.techsupportalert.com/freeware-forum/security/15701-avg-and-avast-is-collecting-your-data.html Usually has long has you scan them with virustotal.com ( the.zip and .exe) you should be fine. Just make sure Commodo, TheHacker & Kaspersky mark them clean. ^^^ I've never gotten a virus since I started doing this. RE: Looking for a Anti Virus - SmittyHere - 08-16-2020 I see people selling malwarebytes keys for $5 on market free ones don't last too long, maybe try getting them from there Lmk how it goes :) RE: Looking for a Anti Virus - mothered - 08-16-2020 (08-16-2020, 02:11 AM)SmittyHere Wrote: I see people selling malwarebytes keys for $5 on marketMy (free) key has lasted for 2 years thus far. As long as you patch the Hosts file, you'll be fine.
