This won't work if the server has "server pure = 1" or w/e on, meaning this won't let you do this in an official competitive match, since your files will be different than valve's, as far as I know.

[1st] Open "file explorer" And then open "local disk (c".

[2st] Open up "Program files (x86)" if you have 64bit, if you have 32bit go to "Program files".

[3st] Open up "Steam" > "SteamApps" > "common", > "counter-strike global offensive" > "csgo" > "Scripts" and and last but not least "Items".

[4st] Make a copy of the "items_game.txt" and name it "items_gamenormal.txt" and that will be your backup so you wont get kicked from the servers, "Items_gamenormal.txt" will be the normal ct and t knifes, just change the name to "Items_game.txt" on the "items_gamenormal.txt" and the knife file to "items_gameknifes.txt" and you can play normal again.

[5st] dubble click the "items_game.txt".

[6st] Hold "CTRL + F" that will open a search bar.

[7st] if you want to change the "Counter terrorist knife" search " "weapon_knife" " (click Find next 3times for ct knife)  and if you want to change the Terrorist knife search " "weapon_knife_t"(click the Find next once for terrorist knife) " (you are going to search in the box that came up when you did CTRL + F)

[8st] Now if you want to change the "CT knife" to a etc Huntsman knife, just goahead and do this >  Find this text > 

then change "models/weapons/v_knife_default_ct.mdl" to "models/weapons/v_knife_tactical.mdl"  And change the "Model_world" to "models/weapons/w_knife_tactical.mdl".

If you want to change the "T side knife" just do the same but on the Terrorist knife. ( if you want to change the Terrorist knife search " "weapon_knife_t"(click the Find next once)

Here is all the codes:

Bayonet - models/weapons/v_knife_bayonet.mdl

Flip Knife - models/weapons/v_knife_flip.mdl

Gut Knife - models/weapons/v_knife_gut.mdl

Karambit - models/weapons/v_knife_karam.mdl

M9 Bayonet - models/weapons/v_knife_m9_bay.mdl

Huntsman Knife - models/weapons/v_knife_tactical.mdl

Butterfly Knife - models/weapons/v_knife_butterfly.mdl

Falchion Knife - models/weapons/v_knife_falchion_advanced­.mdl

(Remember to change to "Model_world" to etc Huntsman Knife - models/weapons/"w"_knife_tactical.mdl  without the " ".

[9st]  Now just click save and ur done.
