This is a new try at the Photo Manipulation, I was real happy with this, leave suggestions below and tell me what you think.

you tried to show speed and velocity by giving it a fading left blur but the pictures looks like a fat guy with big round thighs. The burning like scorched effect looks good though.

The twirl blur really looks bad. A zoom blur would have been more appropriate.

You are not supposed to use the filters on the whole object/subject.
It looks good around Leon's legs, but not anywhere else.
So imagine the image and achieve it. Trial and error, that's the way.
