Wut did I do: Filter effects and brushing on the scene. and craeted the simple bars on the wall.

Never done anything like this, I just think it was a cool idea.. lol

The idea is cool but the transition isn't very realistic. Since the outside is very "dreamy" and this inside such hard colors.
Mayby you can balance them a bit?
