There's a possibility (not offcial) that SpyralScanner distributes samples to AVS. He doesn't want to fix his scanner, the scans on SpyralScanner are ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN. Those scans will be considered as any Virustotal, Jotti, ect scan, the same sentances will be applied.

Unfortunately, It's not FUD on runtime.

That aside, It's Impressive that It bypassed Avira.

Runtime is based on what you're using. I counter signature scanners by making memory unreadable, and hooking with syscalls.
Dr Web is doing something else. But it will be bypassed using some files.
