Are you sure It's not the adapter/charger causing the Issue?

idk, the "portable" battery was dead and the cable to charge it was fine, however idk why it didn't boot up even when plugged in :/

That's weird.

I've only owned laptops and In over three decades of computing, I've yet to experience a lappy failing to boot with only the adapter/charger In use.
