Hello everybody, I have been working on my latest project, a new forum. My overall goal is to provide all different types of software from around the internet, in one place. For now, the forum will be open to the public but in the future this forum will be invite only keeping the HQ members in, and the LQ members out.. (Any member can invite when this takes place).

I have already done:

• Setup the forum
  
• Got the domain (www.ileaks.net)
  
• Found a good hosting option (BOUGHT)
  
• Added lots of plugins to the forum
  
• Added extras to the forum
  
• Added the theme and updated the graphics
  
• Bought the hosting, transferred the forum, and attached the domain
  

For now I am looking to expand my team by hiring new, qualified members.
I am currently looking for:

• Staff (Multiple Tasks)
  
• Leaker
  
• Moderator (FULL)
  
• Graphics Team (FULL)
  
• VB.net, C#, C++ Coders
  

Staff

Tasks:

• Advertising the forum in various ways. (Posting threads on forums, videos on youtube, etc)
  
• Event planning (Starting events which will bring members in)
  
• Create informational stickies
  
• Forum/Software Testing
  
• Suggesting new ideas to expand the forum
  
• Other random little tasks
  

Benefits:

• Known member of the community
  
• Nice usertitle

• Better chance of promotion
  
• Better chance of gaining trust
  

Leaker

Tasks:

• Upload files online
  
• Scan files
  
• Leak files from other leaking forums
  
• Possibly moderate release threads

• Your the heart of the forum
  
• Never ending thanks yous from around the world
  

Moderator

Tasks:

• Enforce the forum rules
  
• Ban and infract members accordingly
  
• Make sure files have a virus scan
  
• Create informational stickies
  

Benefits:

• Known member of the community
  
• Nice usertitle
  
• Custom forum name color
  
• Better chance of promotion
  
• The thought of doing a good deed
  
• Just like a cop, but better.

Graphics Team

Tasks:

• Create new graphics when needed
  
• Moderate the graphics section
  
• Create new themes for the forum
  
• Create advertisements
  
• Create new logos and banners
  

Benefits:

• A known member of the community
  
• Nice title

• Better chance of promotion
  
• Ability to ban in graphics section
  
• Your work displayed to all our members.
  

[VB.Net][C#][C++] Coders
(PLEASE NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRO. You just need to make lots of simple programs. You can follow tutorials for all I care.)
Tasks:

• Update current thread creation tool
  
• Create lots of new simple programs with the link to our forum
  
• Other tasks in the future
  

Benefits:

• A known member of the community

• More publicity
  
• Your work displayed to all our members
  
• Possible pay for bigger programs
  

If you already did not notice, none of these jobs currently pay. It is always possible in the future but at the moment, no.
