Pretty much what I feel after I meditate consistently, which = everyday.
Growing up I didn't really know that Anxiety was a thing and just assumed I was "normal" the whole time then I started doing research over the years on/off and it all just started to click. Same thing with my depression. Fast forward to Sr. yr in HS I started smoking weed and wondered why I felt 100x better all the time....again it all clicked after on/off research. Then I got really poor and couldn't afford weed that much so I looked into ways to help decrease symptoms of both angst and sadness then stumbled upon meditation. Now weed is more of a creative thing for me or if I want to lock in on a TV Show/Movie/Album better I'll smoke, its not a necessity anymore.
