Sorry, dude i never have tried anyone of em which you mentioned.
But, ALFA - Made in Taiwan is the best for me.
It has a super range and reliable. It's widely available anywhere in UAE.

id recommend alfa network adapters for compatibility and support in linux, because you want your adapter to support packet injection.
