My personal favourite was Death Note, but I would say that the best, on its own merits, was probably Monster...Maybe Cowboy Bebop.

One Piece is my favourite, still mind-blowing seeing the creativity of Echiro Oda San. A true anime master piece. The latest Wano Arc is Brilliant.
