Kid: Somebody who aren't mature and lack of knowledge

In this response, the term is just thrown to insult your intelligence of your core understanding of how code, networking and operating systems work. The term Script in skid is to downgrade people who use automated programs, like the classic Google dork exploit back a few years ago, how you could inject a Post in the password to have full admin access to the website. Depending on the circumstances, automated programs are okay, but the understanding of how computers and networks work, distinguishes you from skid to grey/blackhat.

A script kiddie is a non-expert who breaks into computer systems by using pre-packaged automated tools written by others, usually with little understanding of the underlying concept, hence the term Kiddie.

Just adding to It, always question assumptions, work around the obvious and see what's not there. Never go In with a negative attitude- doing so has already failed before It began. Use automated tools are a general form of assistance. Manual exploitation defines "you" as a hacker, tools define how well they perform In serving their objective. The former (manual) Is what you should be working with.
