Looking to get a steam deck through DnA or EB with my own aged account that has over 7k spent on it. Anyone have experience with them? I was thinking of doing DnA but I read someone did EB, what do you think?
Thanks

I've tried a FTIDV3, and it didn't success...
Maybe you will have better luck with DNA..

How long ago did you attempt this? What was their end response?

One year and half.
Their end response was that i've sended a wrong item (faulty crappy headphones).

My excuse was that it was a mistake by my mother, i've sended to amazon the deck package and them the amazon return.
They told me that they destroyed it, and they send me another label.
Did a clean return to them, cause I made a chargeback on paypal, so they reverted it into my steam balance.
Since I didn't want to get banned, i've payed the balance when they get my switch back, and no further problems.

I did this at the end of last year. Steam account had around 1500 dollars worth of purchases. Simply did a DNA and they did an investigation. Got my refund in 2 weeks.

What did the investigation entail? Did they ask you to contact courier service or make a PR?
Also did you get cheapest or most expensive model?

They investigated it on their end. I don’t know as they didn’t specify what they are investigating. They didn’t ask for any police report or anything like that. I got the 512gb model new oled version.

Have you been using it since? Have you logged in to it with the account that made the purchase?

I know this is an old thread but I just started learning about this. I thought FTID V3 had a very high success rate since you're altering the QR code and everything which would make someone like Amazon think it's UPS's fault for losing the package. Is that not true?
