scammed by tooblue #1
My reply in his Switch labels thread pretty much says it all, but will paste it here as well:

Kid's a scammer. Tried with two re-ships and two different email addresses and didn't get any labels (even though he apparently tried three times). Tried twice Nintendo UK - no label. Tried Nintendo DE, told me I will receive a confirmation email to activate the account - couldn't even do that. Yesterday when asked for a refund only sent $15 back then told me he'll get the rest when he buys more BTC. Just now when I demanded the rest to be sent he called me a liar saying that I must've received it and then blocked me on Discord.
Mind you, kiddo, not only you couldn't provide the labels, but you didn't even box.
Oh, and just in case you want proof - only got two links saying that the repair has been booked. Check the status yourself - if I did receive the label then the status should change soon. The thing is it won't. Pathetic, little scammer

Case numbers:

Can be checked on https://www.nintendoservicecentre.co.uk/repair/status

Enjoy your 40 quid..

A friend is nothing but a known enemy.

I don't believe Toonblue is a scammer considering that you have shown no proof, as well as that after you accused him, he was willing to send me another label after I found out that my boxer messed up. Unless he is selectively scamming people, it seems really unlikely that he would scam you, and then decide not to scam me or block me.

Can this be put to rest fast? The OP is throwing allegations at Toon with no proof to back him up. This case is a joke from start to finish @"mothered"

Since the repair was booked on 14th wouldn't it change to console received or something if I did receive the label and boxed it myself after a week, since apparently the process takes 2-3 weeks (at least with one of the labels)? Keep checking the status, you'll have your proof.
I'm not a scammer either as I checked Nintendo DE and got a confirmation email to one of the email, but not the one he was using, so if I were a scammer would I do that? Too old for that shit, believe me and scamming someone for 60$? Please..
And how can I prove that I didn't receive any label? By showing a screenshot of an empty folder? Doesn't make any sense, does it?
Maybe he should take his head out of the arse and admit that there genuinely might be a problem, rather than claiming I'm a scammer and blocking me on discord, eh?

  • Firstly, If you wish to argue, that's your prerogative.
  • Secondly, It's not that I don't want to do anything, but rather I can't. I've requested the aforementioned details but It's fallen on deaf ears.
  • Lastly, this case Is closed due to Insufficient evidence.
