I think it's too much of a niche skill for it's own topic. The amount of people with the skills (and interest) to chat about proper reverse engineering is probably very low, and everyone else will just post stuff about cracking software instead which would probably be better suited to either the Advanced Hacking or Software & Programs boards.

I feel a stickied thread might be enough if people really want a dedicated place to talk about it, if not then general discussion could happen in Advanced hacking.
