I'm not sure if i post in right section. However i would like to ask if someone knows a public facebook api that allows to build a search engine for facebook ? or maybe something that can be used this way ?

i dont want the search results to be google based !
i was thinking to an fb api ... i would like to use this kind of search:
for example.
in 2010 me and you went to hookers in Amsterdam get some photos and shared them on our fb profiles =))
so after 2 years i forgot the name of the club we went so i would like to remember.
So i use the fb search with a question >> where i was with Ra1n in 2010 ?
and i get some results...

i know doesn't sounds so good but my point is that i could build smthing like this if i can get a fb public api for search

I seriously doubt anyone has made something of that purpose.
I mean you might be able to do some pretty hardcore httpwebrequests and then make it go from now untill you made you account recording all your past statuses, but it would be ridiculous on memory, and then making into a search engine type deal would be even more fun. So my best bet would be to find something by facebook or pay a programmer to do the job.
btw we should go back to the clubs again xD

well i'm glad you get my point with the club )) not sure you got the other one .. anyway .. i'll dig a bit more maybe i'll find something. and i'm pretty sure i can build it myself .. just wanted to ask if someone found yet what i am looking for .. so this was the main reason of my post !
anyway appreciate you reply's and about clubs we can talk , is something we can do easier than building a fb search lol
