Post Buttons look weird AF. The emoticons don't match well, if you can get him to make that.

Having the logo become 3D again looks weird on a flat theme.

Icons aren't flat yet, checkboxes and radial buttons could be improved, the shadow around the forum looks weird with flat. Profiles still have the old bars on them, old style.

Footer doesn't match at least on the bans page.
