anyone who can help me hacking and oron premium account and rapidshare...or shutdown a website....and how to hacking my neighbour security code,certificate or key...???

Just look around, we have many great tuts =)
Look for SQL injection (SQLi), XSS, RFI, LFI to begin with =)
After look into the Linux section for some nice BackTrack tutorials and you should be ready to go =)
