do what I did to my little brother... keep a bottle of hot sauce around and everytime he won't shut up you squirt some in his mouth... my little brother was afraid to open his mouth anywhere near me and I think I acctually went three months without hearing his voice. It only works with REALLY hot stuff because otherwise they get used to it too quick and they go right back to talking. As for the music, when ever he plays a song you play one too only louder. He will learn soon. Hope thins helps Smile
