phone logicom problem

Hello,
I have a concern with a VRBot 552 logicom phone, A friend wanted to customize it by putting a root mode, but he was mistaken for rom and I no longer do anything with this phone. It does not start anymore, does not charge anymore, what should I do ??

Stating the obvious, have you tried performing a factory reset on the device?

I tried to force the restart of the device, but it does not turn on, so when I press the buttons for the "reset" mode it does not matter.

You should check XDA if they have an original stock ROM that you can restore otherwise it sounds like you might have a brick on your hands.

You haven't been active for around 7 weeks but In the event you're back online, are you still experiencing the said Issue?
