In the morning! - Sometimes both depending on work. 

A shower in the morning really wakes me up and I have a good day, if I don't have time to shower I feel dirty and my day isn't as good lol. I don't understand how anybody would want to leave the house without taking a shower in the morning. You dirty people! Tongue
