Hello and welcome to the forum.
If you're looking into coding and you started with batch, you started of the wrong way. Batch is simply a scripting language, not a programming language, it's very limited. I would recommend you either start with C/C++ though starting with C would be a little bit better.
If you have no programming background it's going to be difficult in the beginning, but if you buy a decent course on Udemy and you know C pretty well it'll be a lot easier to switch to other languages.
