Just wanted to ask, is it possible to make a worm in vb.net?

I was thinking about it and making a function to get IP's wouldn't be a problem, the part I can't figure out is the actuall exploit + payload.

In theory, you could use any exploits right? (like python exploits etc...)
And how would the code look in theory?

Have you looked at the C exploits in exploitDB and i think there are VB script exploits that you can add in excel sheet.

Well, the question stays, I´m more interested in worm development and since its highly obfuscated topic, its a bit difficult to find info...
