If you're using windows type in the start menu the name of your program,
there should be an .exe

That is not necessary. Thinking logically is the most important thing.
Like in maths, you must think logically. But if you're good at maths, you'll probably be good at programming.
Although it is not set in the stone.

You should be good at math if you want to write optimized code, but to be a programmer, it's not required, assuming you at least know how to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Game programming uses lots of math because in order to simulate realistic environment effects, you need to do quite a bit of linear algebra. Math skills are beneficial however.

If you are a windows user then you must have an exe of your program. Then thee you have your own program. If you are a Linux user the you can create you own debian package or rpm package. May I know what programming language are you using. Then it would be better for us to give you better answers.

Its good to know that you already know that maths is so important for being a good programmer. I would recommend you to chose a programming language and then find resources and start learning. This will help you out :- http://www.hackcommunity.com/Thread-Prog...sing-guide

Being good in maths doesn't mean that one will be good at programming if he or she doesn't knows how to apply them. By the way it is necessary to know atleast high school math.
