It depends, are you downloading a single file or a collection of files? I don't suppose it would be too difficult to use multiple RDPs to speed up your task if it's in multiple parts.

Personally, I don't have an Issue downloading from Mega's servers- It's very fast and consistent.

In answer to your question and stating the obvious, you can only download at the maximum speed set by your ISP. When downloading, Is your device Isolated and without any tasks (consuming bandwidth) running In the background?

Try using a download manager and see If there's a difference In speed.
