you can do so by
1.Opening Cydia,
2.Press the manage button. "bottom right corner"
3.Then press edit,
4.followed by add

Then search [ iap cracker ] and install it.
"search is in the bottom right corner also"



Then add this source.

Search [ iap cracker list ] and install it.
Iap cracker list is just a list of some games it works with. "the list is in your settings"



Then you should be getting free in app purchases!
