ok almost a year ago today  i made a paypal account under my name and address and i added a credit ca rd but i never  confirmed my identity.
i sold on ebay for awhile(mostly dropshipping) untill i got scammed. my balance hit a negatve -180$ and i decided not to pay because i seen it reasonable  because he scammed me.so it was now limited,   now a couple of months ago i had an account made  under my name, my address, and ssn,payoner account ,and cc,  i even verified by sending my id. then i was making money again until just recently when my account got limited
come to find out everything was limited and it was all becuase of my past account. it told me to verify my ba nk acc, ba nk statement, cc,ssn,and id which i didnt. i called paypal to find out more (acting like i had no idea where this other acc came from) they told me the addresses and a cr edit ca rd were the same of the negative account. what do i do? should i verify?  can i walk away free?

You can't walk away free.

You can buy a visa gift card and pay with that (I think) as your credit card. Or use a cirtual one.

Once your credentials are documented with PayPal as limited, until you sort It out, It's Irreversible.

You cannot bypass their systems (legitimately). Get In contact with PayPal and take care of It once and for all.

Damn that's bad news.  Would be interested to know if you find a solution to this as something similar happened to me and I am locked out of a PayPal account I would like to get back

your best chance is as said above, to buy a prepaid vcc. you can find many of them online now

This is a sucky position to be in. Sorry to hear you're having trouble, but from personal experience with PayPal, they simply will not budge on stuff like this. They're very stubborn with security and late payments.

I'm not worried about my money in the account Im just worried if they are going to mess with my SSN
