Let me give you some suggestions,after that,search the forum and google. If you do NOT have access to the person's computer,your options are as follow:
1- Find the following things
a-good Rat (darkcomet is widely used)
b-a good crypter for your rat.exe
c- a file joiner/binder
2- You can bind your rat.exe with any other file like jpg/mp3/gif/ect,note that the extension will be .exe (wich nobody like to click on)
a-How would you go about that .exe? Your options are as follow mate.
b- use an extension spoofer
c- use your brain,lets say you bind the rat.exe with a video,so you can save it with another executable extension,in this case of a video,you can save it the rat.exe + video as thesexvideo.scr (scr is an executable extension)
3- The following are executable extensions
a- .scr
b- .com
c-.pif
d-.ocx
e-.dll
f-.bat
g-.sfx
Now that you have an idea of the process search and learn mate,there are also rats in java,wich ill always have the extension.jar
What can you do with a .jar file? how about social engineering and send it out as
a- Cookie.jar
b- lucky.jar
c-money.jar ect.

For the rat to work,you need to port forward the rat connecting port on your router and also include it as allowed on your firewall.
