I just take it one night at a time not sure how much sleep it varies a lot for me.

From whenever I fall asleep till 6:30 or 7:30, my sleeping pattern is stuffed and since school started I keep waking up at that time and no matter how tired I am I can't fall asleep :/ usually 8 hours.

I sleep from 9-10pm to 6am (21:00-22:00 to 06:00) on school nights and 12-3am to 8-9am (0:00-03:00 to 08:00-09:00) on weekends.
