Well, do you know how to get to your router / modem page? If you don't, it's quite easy. You can find out by;

CMD => type in "ipconfig" without the quotes => Read your default gateway and type it into your web browser

You may have to login to your router, but you should already know your login details to your router / modem. Most router / modem pages are:
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.0
etc.
