Actually have had a wonderful day out today. Sunshine the whole day, have been amazing.
Good day, except I had some insanely hot Thai food for dinner, and now I feel like I'm gonna shit myself every 15 minutes.

I know the feel. I always have a hot chilli contest with my brother and regret it like a hour later.

Yeah, hurts af too lol. I do not look forward going on the toilet later.
