Im Not A Big Fan Of Facebook But Try This. :headbash:
Try refreshing your DNS resolver cache by following these steps:
Click on Start > Run > type CMD
In the Command Prompt, type: ipconfig /flushdns
Reboot.
If no luck,
Try using Google Public DNS.
Or, OpenDNS.

i think is problem with ip becouse we have ip static becouse when is automatic not worked facebook but when is manual worked

Go on a Proxy and see if it works from there. There's other options available too, even though I'm not currently aware of because this never happened to me. LOL.

check out if theres a blockage in hosts file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
remove if there facebook.com written along with 127.0.0.1 in the same line . Dont remove any other line components .

I had the same problem on Chrome. I just rebooted my pc and the problem was fixed.

Disable and re-enable your internet conection or refresh it.
