I have to make a simple web application that will send email to someone by client's ( users) request .
Anyway, i never tried to do web apps.. but now i have to.

Can i make such applications with python? javascript?
If i can, how? ( links, tuts.. share it)

please help me to figure this out

i saw that already, but i have no idea how to setup the framework and other stuff on website so website can read the py codes. I am total noob at web application developement.. ( i don't know from where to start, and how to). So if someone got experience, he could simplify it to me.
