Welcome! Hope you learn what you want to. I suggest reading books as it's the main thing used to learn hacking. Then, if you have any questions or would like to test your skills and chat etc.... You can come here to hackcommunity and share what you want to!
If you want to know what book to start with, I'd say "Hacking Exposed 7" If you think it's too long and want a shorter book, go for "Hacking for Dummies - 4th Edition) Hope I helped
