I have to deal daily with caffeine addiction. It is affecting my stomach and teeth. Does anyone have a good way to leave this issue?

Either do a cold turkey or replace with decaf coffee maybe?

you could look into 'smart drugs' or nootropics. Try decaf coffee, and stim-free preworkout

definitely try decaf, would mostly work if you use the same brand and type of your regular one, just soo you don't feel too much the difference, and eventually you just won't be addicted anymore. you could also try reducing, by using the normal one, every 2 days instead. or having someone else doing the swap container of decaf for you

nootropics are oftenly just a placebo

Im addcited to coffee aswell.
Cant live without it
