Start by doing three sets of the maximum number of pushups daily. Keep doing that and you'll notice difference in your chest and your triceps. Get 15 pound dumbbells and start doing 100 reps every other day (with the pushups). After your triceps an biceps are strong enough, migrate to the pullup bar and diamond pushups. For abs, all you have to do is lay down, then lift your upper body 45 degrees from the ground and remain in that position for as long as you can, make sure your arms are loose.
