That's weird. Did you try restarting your computer after editing your hosts file? Also, what version of the installer are you using?

Yea I restarted it, but still doesn't seem to work. I'm also using v5.84 of ccleaner. Also is there a way for me to send a photo here? I snip ed the error message if you wanted to see.

Try version 5.83.9050. That was the version that was used in the tutorial I watched.

Here's the video. Sorry for the late response. And I missed on crucial step: You need to be disconnected from the internet while installing. That's probably what was causing you trouble.
