so i recently had to reset my pc due to a faulty ssd and i noticed that my openbullet now runs at much lower cpm then before...
f.e. it used to run at ab 6k cpm and now it runs ab 4k cpm.
is there any way to get my cpm higher? (i have 20k paid private proxies so the proxies aren't an issue)

No Sir only chance of CPM speed up is proxies which your already using !!
now you can use maybe better combos it wont affect CPM but can increase Your hit chance

which will make it seem like CPM is higher

Absolutely.
I've personally experienced my CPM rate at "0" due to dead proxies and upon loading a fresh list, It Increased In the 100s. The moment your CPM has significantly dropped and remains that way, change proxies.
