I've only ever had an issue with Amazon Logistics which has a reputation of being crap. Although, my laptop arrived first thing the next morning. Other than that I've had nothing but outstanding service.

Yeah, they said they do it by #, then ship 2 days after.

Try amazon refunding when the product arrives, I think there's a recent guide here. Although it must be fulfilled by amazon or something.

Amazon is not all that bad. Besides the fact I've cancelled Amazon Prime a couple of times yet I'm a 2+ year member and still get charged. Must be one of those gang type things where once you're initiated, there's no backing out.
