I did not say they would do nothing about it, I said they will not care. Do you seriously think a company as big as Amazon is going to go after someone for a $60 item? hell no it would cost a hell of a lot more then that in just the legal fees alone. I stated $60 is chump change to them.

I stated my situation and about checking the tracking. That has absolutely nothing to do with stating on how they look into things.

They never take legal action tho, ever, even if you plain out right admit you fucked them over they won't do anything, it's why they're the best company to SE for beginners.

It does depend on the nature of the act performed. For minuscule stuff obtained via SE'ing, I do agree.

However If a purchase was made by falsifying a large sum of payment (hence payment was not received by Amazon) and the goods were delivered, then I believe legal action may well be Imminent.

Amazon just fucked up my order, I ordered the Worksharp Guided Sharpening System upgrade kit and they sent me the system instead. I didn't even bother going through the return/replace option because I needed that upgrade kit yesterday so since they fucked me over now I am fucking them over on a $60 item and I will not be returning it I gave it to my father since I already got the system and I will be ordering the upgrade kit from Ebay instead now. But wtf is Amazon going to care $60 is chump change to them.

Also take the tracking number and go to the carriers actual website and check the status because that is what Amazon will do, either way they ain't going to do anything over a $90 desk but they will most likely look into it to see if it shipped.

I did not talk about refunds, and if you try to highlight "return/replace" part well log into Amazon because that is the option you click to situate something it does not mean you are going to try to get a refund, but still that is based on my current situation not his.
