either way they ain't going to do anything over a $90 desk but they will most likely look into it to see if it shipped.

Amazon will most likely ship him a replacement OR offer a refund after investigating the situation with the courier, either way they will do something in regards to issuing a refund or shipping a new one, that is if he ordered it from Amazon (aka they were the seller and not a 3rd party using Amazon to sell their products)

If Amazon is not the primary seller then they will forward the issue to the seller and the seller will most likely take an identical course of action to what Amazon would do.

If you do not believe me, feel free to contact them and find out yourself, they would do this procedure from a $1 item to a $1,499 item.

Anything over $1,499 they would do a full in-depth investigation rather than a short 48hr (maximum) investigation.
