I use to be addicted to League of Legends, use to rush home from school and play until the early morning, go to sleep and rinse and repeat. None of my friends nor my family really knew this though. I put on weight and became slightly overweight and became depressed. Addiction sucks man!
Now I play occasionally, put off weight and have an actual life. So what can I say?
Don't get addicted to anything... at all.

I would like to mention swator not really addicting but it can be. Note requires skill and is better then world of warcraft and elder scrolls combined.

Was addicted to COD (Call of Duty), specifically Black ops 2.
Surprisingly, even despite many people denying it, it actually does make me more aggressive so I had to force myself not to play it.
I still play it occasionally, so it's no longer an addiction however it wasn't hard to shake the addiction.
I would much rather learn to hack and programme as it is much more productive :Content:

Played over 2000 dota 2 matches in the last 2 years. Society views videogames as harmless but they can silently make you throw the best years of your life away without realizing it.
