Windows 11 is full of various crap, Windows 10 is much better. Plus Windows 11 need developed hardware, and design is like Linux.

I will be as simple as possible, for me Windows is good depending on what you're doing on it. If you would like to do some pentesting, well, this is not an OS you should use. If you just want a workspace or a place to work very fast, it may be a good choice. Also, if you want to do some gaming, this is a good one (because the game dev are using Windows to market their game).
Nevertheless, if you care about your security and safety which is not the same, Windows will not be as good as you want because it has a lot of opened port or it is communicating through Windows server (even if you disable telemetry etc.).
Instead, I recommend generally to start on Ubuntu even if it's not totally secured, one argument may convince you : the major part of malwares are developped for Windows and if you care about your privacy, you should move out from Windows.

Windows 11 is fine, but it is not that different from 10.

You can just skip 11 entirely without losing much, by the time when 10 will reach the end of its support, 12 will be probably released.
