In terms of member longevity on the forum, months doesn't really have much significance. Year"s", particularly In It's plural form, Is more appropriate. So It's quite obvious what I think of this suggestion.

Something that may work is replacing the Joined Date with the time from which you registered instead, and call it "Tenure"

Waiting a year is not so easy. My point is you're making the rich, richer, and the poor poorer. Constantly giving old members new things will greaten the gap between old members and new.

Now I understand you. However, this is not about a tag. More of an achievement and a
recognition element to new users.
