wtf, again? The colors are the same but they don't look like it...

When you do a terrible first-try job, then at least do a good second lookover.  Here is a color map over all the colors I just extracted from your design. You very rarely used the same shade twice;

Even the smallest difference will be noticeable, people might not be able to pinpoint it but they will notice it. (As a feeling of; "Something is off here, cannot say what exactly but something is.") And for some reason you also never used pure white, not even for the header text.

Yeah, I sleep bad lately so I don't see very good.

I will redesign this later this week.

Just check the HEX of the colors you do. You could also make a pallet and keep it above all your work and use eyedropper whenever you need to use a color again.
