Microsoft is bringing in the new year with discounts on Xbox Live titles and add-ons, according to Major Nelson's Blog.
The discounts begin tomorrow, and will run ever day until 2014. Tomorrow, Terraria, Borderlands 2 and select add-ons will be discounted. The deals include:

1. Borderlands 2 - 75%
2. Vault Hunter upgrade 2 - 50%
3. Psycho Pack - 50%
4. Headhunter 1 Bloody Harvest - 50%
5. borderlands 2 Season Pass - 33%

Terraria, the 2D Minecraft-esque title, will reciece a 67 % discount Wednesday, followed by a list of Games on Demand every day until Decenber 23. To stay updated on the current discounted titles, follow Major Nelson on Twitter.

I would blow alot of money on these but if they cannot transfer to the X1 then I might not do it.

If I'm not mistaken all downloaded games don't transfer between systems. I'm not sure.

Im pretty sure that they do it every year but im not sure i think during this time last year i wasnt playing xbox to much

Terraria was available for free a while ago, its basically minecraft in 2D.

Yeah, maybe I'll get around to trying it out. I'm more of a Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto fan, though.
