This game is definitely brings you back months after you leave, it's a smooth game play with a tad more difficult system.

With it's roots to Minecraft, this is a hyper realism game based entirely on surviving in a realistic environment. The use of the community can be very helpful in this game and is highly recommended to be used for your beginner days. However a grave downfall that this game supplies is it's purchasable gold. With a monthly fee to get past level 20 and a temptation of money, these may be tempting however it is evadable and you can play the game to level 20 and still be a valuable asset and may also purchase time off of other players in the game. There is no sight of gear ever being sold in the future.

Advantages:
- Game play
-----A rough game play with lots of challenges to face along the way.

- Community
-----Most of the community if very nice and quite mature, nothing seems to be off except for how some of the chat channels are spammed [less than Maple Story]

- Relaxing
-----This game is nothing too hard to play when you catch your bearings, you will for the most part always have time to do something and play the game on the side as well!

- Economy
-----While I cannot say that the economy is 100% player based, the users almost control everything that is for sale.

Disadvantages:
- Economy
-----Money has an option to be purchased and at times this can be really tempted [DON'T FALL FOR THE LIES THEY FEED YOU!]

- Graphics
-----They are dated textures, the models are fine however there is no decent bump map system.

- Time
-----This game will take you time to do ANYTHING, you always have to make sure you have time to play it.

- Dated GUI

All maps are player made, I do not believe there is a map in game yet.

I tried it a while ago, but the starting process is really fucking weird. I might try it again.

Sounds a lot like EVE Online the way you describe it.

It's actually quite old but as I said, it's quite a dead game. Not many people play it or have given up at the beginning because it was too "repetitive" or too "hard", they have never gone further and their accounts? Deleted due to inactivity.

They have upgraded quite a bit of things since then, haha, I remember those times.

I recommend it if you are in for a slow paced game, it WILL take you time to play, when you hit around 30 skill level it starts to even out and you gain the choice to move around and even consider PVP islands.
Or you can just stay on the PVE islands and look for the bronze drake which to my knowledge has not been found yet.
