Basically you post a you rather question. You answer the person's question above your post first and then you make one for the next person.

Make sure you questions don't stray away from hard to answer questions, come up with hard ones, not "or" questions because most people can answer them too easily.
Bad Ex: PC or Mac
Good Ex: Would you rather die painfully with your family or die lonely yet painlessly?
